    Fincher Officially A Wildcat

By KMAN Staff on April 18, 2013 K-State Sports

K-State head men’s basketball coach Bruce Weber announced the signing of Hargrave Military Academy center Neville Fincher to a national letter-of-intent with the Wildcat program.  The 6-foot-9-inch 240-pound Fincher averaged 12 points, eight rebounds, and four blocked shots this past season.  He graduated from Teaneck High School in Teaneck, NJ, in 2012, where he was a four-year lettermen for the Highwaymen. Fincher is rated as the #26 center prospect in the Class of 2013 by ESPN.

The K-State 2013 recruiting class now numbers four as Fincher joins Wichita Falls, TX guard Marcus Foster, Houston, Texas small forward Wesley Iwundu, and Queens, NY point guard Jevon Thomas.  The Wildcats still have two available scholarships with the departures of Michael Orris and Adrian Diaz from the program.  Both of those scholarships can be carried over to the class of 2014 if they are not filled.
