A Manhattan woman struck a semi-trailer at around 08:30 on Thursday morning on US 24 near mile marker 340.
According to Kansas Highway patrol reports 19-year-old Kurylynn Comer was driving her car eastbound on highway 24 when she for some reason crossed the center line and struck the tractor trailer.
Comer was taken to Stormont Vail Regional Medical Center for her injuries, and police say she was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision.
