UK: ‘Credible Evidence’ Syria Used Chem. Weapons

Britain’s Ambassador to the United Nations says there is credible evidence that Syrian troops have used chemical weapons against rebels in that country. Mark Lyall Grant says it does not appear that rebels were capable of using chemical weapons.
