MHS’ Fehr Commits to Wichita St.

Former Arkansas associate head coach Todd Butler stepped in for the legendary Gene Stephenson as head baseball coach at Wichita State last month.  He’s wasted little time recruiting Kansas kids, as KMAN has learned Manhattan High senior-to-be Bret Fehr has committed to the Shocker program.  Fehr led off the Indian lineup during last season’s run to the 6A state tournament in Lawrence.  After his senior campaign, Fehr will make his debut with the Shockers in the 2015 season.
