A shooting-related death is being reported in Wamego, based on information from Glen Elder Radio Station KDNS, involving a man identified as Kealan German, formerly of Glen Elder.

Wamego police indicate there was no crime involving a shooting this past weekend. However police did respond to a shot fired call at 11:40 Saturday night in central Wamego. Investigation revealed a person who had received a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The name of that individual and further details are not being released by Wamego Police.

However, KMAN’s former reporter Dan Page, who now serves as News Director at Glen Elder’s KDNS, tells KMAN his sources indicate Kealan German was found shot to death in Wamego late Saturday or early Sunday morning.
