While working on the exterior of the Holiday Inn near K-State Campus, a worker fell approximately two stories and was taken to Mercy Regional Health.
KMAN spoke to Riley County EMS Director, Larry Couchman, who said the man is being treated in Mercy’s emergency wing, but he is stable. Couchman was unaware of what job the man was doing at the Holiday Inn, but said he was possibly a contractor.
Riley County Public Information Officer, Matt Droge did not have any information, except that the transport was in response to the man complaining of head and back pain.
