Late Friday evening, KMAN received news that a judge declared a mistrial in the case of Levertis Horne. The jury deliberated for seven hours, but couldn’t agree on a verdict.
Horne is facing two counts of aggravated robbery charges, two counts of attempted aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, and aggravated battery.
The Court will reconvene on August 21st at 9:30 a.m.
