Riley County Police are investigating a reported rape, with a information filed Wednesday in connection with an incident several months ago in the city limits of Manhattan.
The suspect in the case is known to the victim and is not tied directly to other recent investigations.
Public Information Officer Matt Droge indicates the alleged victim is a 20-year-old woman who attended a house party in June, where she met with the suspect.
