K-State senior middle blocker Kaitlynn Pelger was named an AVCA All-Midwest Region Honorable mention selection.

Pelger was the only player to rank among the Big 12’s top 10 for kills, blocks and aces per set this season.  Pelger was one of 19 Big 12 players across two different regions to be represented on the All-Region teams.

The Olathe native was named to the AVCA All-Central District team and an honorable mention all-American in 2011 and 2012. Pelger finished her K-State career fourth on the all-time kill list.
