    Details Released on Monday Night Armed Robbery

    Riley County police released more information Tuesday morning regarding a robbery at gunpoint in the 1500  block of Jarvis Drive KMAN news first told you about earlier in the morning.

    At 8:50 PM Monday the Riley County Police Department responded to that location after receiving a 911 call.

    The 21-year-old caller reported he and his roommate had been robbed at gunpoint by three males who had entered their home uninvited.  Both victims were reportedly struck by the suspects and suffered minor head injuries as a result of the robbery.  Both victims were transported to Mercy Regional Health Center by Riley County EMS and were treated then released.  Both victims are students at Kansas State University. 

    The victims in this investigation were listed as:
    Matthew Mckernan, 21,  and Joshua Martin, 20, both of Manhattan. Both victims were of the address of this call .

    The suspects were described as:
    Three white males, very dark complexion.  One suspect had a noticeable accent.     

    A small amount of cash was taken during the robbery.
