By John Kurtz on February 26, 2014 K-State Sports

K-State will have to wait for the 2014 home opener. The Wildcats have canceled their series with Milwaukee this weekend due to weather concerns and will instead play three games in Abilene, Texas against Abilene Christian, Grand Canyon University and Missouri State.

First up, K-State will play Grand Canyon University on Friday at 1:00. The Wildcats then play a doubleheader on Saturday, starting with an 11:00 a.m. first pitch against Grand Canyon followed by a 7:00 p.m. game against Missouri State. On Sunday, K-State will play Abilene Christian at 3:00 p.m.

K-State won’t reschedule the series with Milwaukee, and the Wildcats will have their home opener on Friday, March 7th when Iowa comes to Manhattan.

You can hear all three games this weekend on News Radio 1350 KMAN, or online at https://1350kman.com/.
