A 35-year-old Ogden man was taken into custody by Riley county police Wednesday on a failure to appear warrant. Jody Hildebrand was arrested by police while at the Riley County Police Department at about 11:45 AM. Hildebrand was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for the original offense of burglary. He was confined on $7,000 bond at the Riley County Jail.
And Wednesday at 3:10 PM, the Riley County Police Department arrested Milly Vazquez, 19, of Manhattan for unlawful possession of a hallucinogen. She was arrested in the 400 block of Houston Street by police after being stopped for a traffic related violation. She was confined and later released on $5,000 bond. Officers located and seized marijuana as evidence in this investigation.
