UPDATE WEDNESDAY MORNING:
Authorities in Missouri announce that the body of 10-year old Hailey Owens has been found. At a press conference early today, authorities said they had arrested 45-year old Craig Michael Wood who has been charged with first degree murder. The next press briefing on this developing this story has been scheduled for 11 a.m.

A statewide AMBER ALERT has been issued for 10 year old Hailey Owens who was abducted in Springfield, MO at 4:48 this afternoon. She was last seen being pulled by a stranger into a 2008 Ford Ranger with Missouri tag 1YS454. Anyone with any information should call 911 or contact the KBI at 1-800-KS-CRIME.
