    A competency hearing has been set in a rape case, involving an alleged 13-year-old victim. Jason Nazario had an appearance Thursday in Geary County District Court in the case, and his attorney filed the motion for competency, with a competency hearing date of April 23rd set.
     
    Nazario was arrested on the rape charge  by Junction City Police December 18th of last year.
