“The Game” Podcast 03/27/14

By KMAN Staff on March 27, 2014 Podcasts, Sports, The Game

Thursday’s edition of “The Game” on KMAN is packed for a full two hours. The guys will break down history that was made on Wednesday night as K-State’s Ross Kivett hit for the cycle in a 12-6 win over Nebraska at Tointon Family Stadium. It was the first time that has happened since 1997. The bat cats now get ready for a weekend series against Creighton in Omaha. The sweet 16 games are upon us with four games on Thursday and four games on Friday. The Big 12 still represented by Baylor and Iowa State, which team has the best chance to make it to the elite 8? Jon Heymon from CBSsports.com says the Royals not only have the pieces to compete in the division, but they have what it takes to win the division and make a postseason run. Is that going to far saying the Royals could make a deep postseason run this year? The guys will take a look at some national headlines, Full Throttle plus “you can’t be serious” on “The Game” on newsradio 1350 KMAN.
