A St. Mary’s man already serving time for multiple burglaries entered a plea of no contest Monday in Pottawatomie County District Court to three counts of non-residential burglaries. Luke Linxwiler’s sentencing is set for April 24th.
The cases occurred in April and May of 2013 and involved Griffith Lumber and a site under construction in the industrial park in Pottawatomie County.
Linxiler was sentenced in February to nine years in prison for multiple burglaires in rural St.Mary’s and the city of St. Mary’s last summer
