The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office investigated a fatality accident early Friday afternoon in the 500 block of Osage Road.
A pickup truck, driven by a 17 year old juvenile, lost control traveling northeast around a corner and rolled into the south ditch. One of the passengers, Canyon Kelly (12) was partially ejected and was
pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, Chase Salyers, and passengers, Chris Padgett and Joey Aguire were not injured.
Canyon was here from Fort Mohave, Arizona visiting family on summer vacation.
