Two people were injured in a Geary county accident on I-70 Saturday. The Kansas Highway Patrol reports Grace Doering, 82, and Paul Doering, 87, both of Overland Park were taken to Geary Community Hospital following the accident, reported at 11:35 a.m. Saturday on milemarker 298 in Junction City.

KHP indicates a 2011 Toyota Camry driven by Grace Doering was westbound on I-70 when it went off the roadway into the median and drove over the embankment.  The vehicle landed on the intersecting roadway of “E” Street under the bridge. Both Doerings were wearing seatbelts.
