A 24-year-old Wamego man was arrested Wednesday evening following a reported domestic dispute in the 700 block of Chestnut Street.
Wamego Asst. Police Chief Paul Schliffke tells KMAN the call came in about 4:30 p.m. Only minor injuries were reported.
Pottawatomie County Attorney Sherri Schuck has identified the suspect as Samuel Rutschmann of Wamego. Rutschmann is currently in custody and awaiting formal charges of aggravated battery, criminal threat, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bond has been set at $5,000.
