    Third Aggravated Kidnapping/Robbery Arrest

    A third aggravated robbery/aggravated kidnapping arrest has been made by Riley County Police. Tuesday morning’s RCPD arrest report indicates Rasheem Wilson, 26, of Manhattan was taken into custody at 12:30 Monday afternoon.Wilson’s charges include aggravated robbery, aggravated kidnapping, and kidnapping, with bond set at $150,000.

    A Riley County Police twitter post Monday evening indicated a third arrest had been made in connection with the robbery in the 1300 block of Flint Hills Place last week.

    As reported the end of last week, while investigating two other robberies in the Manhattan area, detectives found a third previously unreported robbery had occurred in the 1300 block of Flint Hills Place. This incident involving 3 suspects took place on Wednesday after 12:00 AM. There were no injuries reported, however RCPD reported weapons were involved.

    As KMAN has been reporting since Sunday, an arrest was made at approximately 1:30 AM involving a second person with aggravated kidnapping and robbery charges.
    Riley County Police Monday released  further details, referring to a previously unreported aggravated robbery made known to police last Thursday. RCPD made a second arrest in connection with that same case, in the 1300 block of Flint Hills Place in Manhattan last Wednesday.Kaywaun Washington, 25, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department for aggravated kidnapping, kidnapping, and aggravated robbery. His bond was set at $150,000. Additional arrests are anticipated. As reported by KMAN Friday, Ortegas Tune, 26, of Manhattan was arrested on the same charges Thursday evening.The investigation into area robberies is ongoing and police ask anyone with information to contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.
