    Junction City Sexual Exploitation Arrest

    After a month long investigation, members of the Junction City Police Department Detectives assigned to the Kansas Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, Patrol Division and the Drug Operations Group, executed a search warrant at 123 E. 12th St., Junction City, Geary County, Kansas in reference to the distribution of child pornography.
    This search warrant took place around 1:30 Tuesday afternoon.

    Upon executing the warrant, further evidence to support the charges was located and collected. A suspect was identified as James G. Henning, 40,who is a Ft. Riley solider. Henning was arrested on the following charges; Sexual Exploitation of a Child, Rape, and Aggravated Sodomy. He is currently confined at the Geary County Detention Center and his bond was set at $5,000,000.00

    This investigation is still currently ongoing.
