A 26-year-old Topeka man faces charges following his arrest by Riley County Police near the intersection of Green Avenue and Hanly Street in Manhattan. Joshua Eubanks was taken into custody at about six Wednesday evening on a warrant for failure to appear.
RCPD indicates the warrant had an original offense of possessing opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs.
Bond was set at $5,000.
