    Last Filings Submitted Before Noon Deadline

    flag-11-14A few more filings for school board and city commission elections were submitted prior to the noon deadline on Tuesday.
    Jay Caley submitted his name for the Riley County Schools USD 378 position 1 seat.  For the position two seat, Donna Bulk put her name into the race, as well as Michael Lindell. Vinton Visser and Michael McCoy both filed for school board at large positions.
    Marla Webster filed for the district 3, position 3 seat for Blue Valley Randolph USD 384.  Stephen Corkill filed for the same position.
    Eladio Reid Jr. filed for Ogden City Council.
    Also, Mike Johnson officially filed for the Leonardville Mayor race.
    There will be no primary races in any of the school board, nor the city, races.
