A man facing charges for allegedly taking part in an aggravated robbery and kidnapping incident waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday morning.Kenneth Mallet appeared in front of Judge William Malcolm in connection with an incident reported in the 1300 block of Flint Hills Place this past October. During a preliminary hearing of another defendent in the case, it was indicated that Mallet duct-taped a victim’s hands, feet and mouth and assisted in ransacking an apartment. Mallet is charged with 6 counts, including aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery and attempted aggravated robbery, and his arraignment is set for March 2nd at 2:30 p.m.
