    JCPD nabs parole violator

    On Tuesday, Detectives of the Junction City/Geary County Drug Operations Group (DOG) arrested Arthur M. Van Tassel based on tips received from the public. Mr. Van Tassel was profiled by the JCPD on Friday and several tips came in from sources advising possible locations for the Fugitive. At around 5:30 p.m. hours Tuesday, he was arrested without incident and will be held at the Geary County Jail on Parole Violation charges.
