One of the suspects in an aggravated robbery and kidnapping incident in the 1300 block of Flint Hills Place this past October has entered a plea.
Kenneth Mallett entered the no contest plea Monday afternoon in Riley County District court to two counts of kidnapping and one count of attempted aggravated robbery.
During a preliminary hearing of another suspect in the case, it was indicated Mallet duct-taped a victim’s hands, feet, and mouth, and assisted in ransacking an apartment. He was originally charged with six counts.
Sentencing is set for April 13th.
