The Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a burglary to a residence near Savannah Road and Havensville Road in rural Havensville on March 5th. A press release was finally issued Tuesday afternoon regarding this incident.The property owner reported that sometime between February 1st and March 5th, an unknown person or persons forcibly entered a home and stole an antique stove. The stove has “Royal Charter Oak” printed in the center, has four burners, a hood on the back, and is wood burning. It is blue in color with black legs and chrome trim.
The stove is valued at over $1,000.
