    – Manhattan High baseball lost two games to Shawnee Heights by scores of 7-3 and 16-8. The Indians are now 2-2 this season.

    – Riley County baseball swept Concordia with wins of 3-1 and 2-0.

    – Rock Creek and Wamego split a baseball doubleheader. The Mustangs took game one 4-1 and the Red Raiders won game two 7-5 in ten innings.

    – Manhattan High softball lost both games at Shawnee Heights 5-1 and 9-2. The Indians are now 1-3.

    – The Manhattan High girls track team won the Topeka Relays with a team score of 118. The Indians didn’t have a first place finisher, but Megan Ochoa took second in the 1600 meters.

    – The Manhattan High boys track team finished second at the Topeka Relays with a team score of 107. Michael Melgares won the 1600 and 3200 meters with teammate Jackson Schroeder finishing second in both events. Brandon Religa won the 800 meters as well.
