    A 29-year-old Manhattan man was taken into custody Thursday afternoon on a variety of charges. Justin Atwood-Allison was arrested at the intersection of Bluemont Ave and North 3rd Street for driving with a suspended license, possession of opiates, opium, narcotic drugs, stimulants,  methamphetamine precursors and drug paraphernalia.
    Atwood-Allison was arrested at 3:35 PM, with bond set at $6,500.

    Two drug-related arrests were made by Riley County Police Thursday evening just before six in the 900 block of Denison Ave. Arrested was Andrew Tran, 24, of Junction City for driving with a suspended license, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Tran’s bond was set at $5,500.
    Also arrested was  Joshua Eubanks, 26,  of Manhattan for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. Eubanks’ bond was set at $5,000.

    An Ogden man faces a variety of charges, including computer crime, following his arrest Thursday night.  Joseph Stiltner, 25, was taken into custody at approximately 7:10 PM for the offenses of interference with law enforcement, computer crime, and theft.
    Stiltner’s arrest came after officers arrived at a report of burglary in the 600 block of Walnut in Ogden, which listed Edward Weston, 26, as a victim.
    Stiltner’s bond was set at $6,000.

    Riley County Police made two arrests in the 1200 block of El Paso Thursday between 10:30 and 11:00 PM. Ciara Wooten, 26, of Manhattan was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of meth, hydrocodone and marijuana. Wooten’s bond was set at $5,000.

    Joalyson Lowe, 52, of Manhattan was arrested on two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, with no bond.

    Riley County Police filed a report of rape in Riley County Thursday at approximately 9:30 AM. Police confirmed the suspect and victim were known to each other and were of similar age.

    Officers continue to investigate the matter and as a result limited information was available through the police report at the time of this police activity post.

    Officers with the Riley County Police Department responded to a report of theft in the 2900 block of Sunnyside Drive on Thursday afternoon shortly after 4:30. Brandon Hendrix, 24, of Manhattan contacted police when he found items from his garage had been removed without his permission.

    These items included military gear with an estimated total loss of $1,500. Police are still investigating the matter.
