Around 100 vehicles were lined up in the park on Saturday for the 25th Annual Yard Art Classic Car Show from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.  Show Chairman, Dave Adams said the event was very family-friendly and featured door prizes, entertainment and trophies.

“It’s [the car show]grown quite a bit in the past couple of years.  We’ve always had a good turnout for the show”, said Adams.yard art car show 2

Cars of all shapes, sizes, colors, and years were featured at the show.  KMAN spoke to car owner, Curt Herrman who had his ’99 Mustang on display.  Herrman has been a guest on KMAN several times, as he is a current Manhattan Odgen USD 383 school board member.

Herrman said it’s great to be surrounded by car lovers.  “I’m with other people who are willing to spend six hours detailing a motor.  We’re kind of a different breed.  Not everyone is willing to do that.”
