    Another Court Date Set for Spaur Case

    gavel-bwA Manhattan man charged with theft and drug possession appeared in Riley County District Court Monday afternoon.
    Chief Judge, Meryl Wilson heard the status hearing in his courtroom, as Jeremy Spaur appeared in court in person.
    The case was moved to June 1st at 2:30 p.m., as Prosecuting State Attorney, Barry Disney stated he believes the issue could possibly be resolved in that time.
