    Riley County Police made three arrests Wednesday evening on Clay County warrants involving drug-related charges. At approximately 6:55 PM Wednesday, officers in the 17000 block of Bala Road made three arrests.
    Devin Siebold, 30. of Riley was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. The warrant originated in Clay County and at the time of this report he was confined at the Riley County Jail pending transport to Clay County. Siebold had two other warrants which were unserved at the time of this report.Bond was set at $10,000.
    Samuel Rookstool,46, of Clay Center was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two Clay County warrants for motion to revoke probation violations and interference with law enforcement. Rookstool’s total bond was set at $11,000.
    And Randy Siebold Sr., 54, of Riley was also arrested a short time later in the same location for the offense of driving while suspended.

    Officers at the Riley County Police Department arrested a Manhattan woman Wednesday afternoon on a warrant for failure to appear.  Leann Blancho, 29, was taken into custody at approximately 3:20 PM on the warrant, which originated out of Riley County with the original offense of possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs.
    Blancho’s bond was set at $10,000.

    A Fort Riley man was arrested by Riley County Police on a Franklin County warrant Wednesday afternoon.  Michael Fennell, 24, was taken into custody in the 600 block of Colorado Street at approximately 4:15 PM Wednesday. Fennell’s Franklin County warrant was for extradition of an  imprisoned person. He was given “no bond.”
