A Manhattan man faces aggravated burglary and sexual battery charges after his arrest early Thursday morning. Riley County Police arrested Eliseo Arreola, 23, while in the 1200 block of Bertrand Street.
Police indicate Arreola reportedly entered a home that did not belong to him and kissed a female on the lips while inside. Bond was set at $12,000.
