GavelAfter several previous arraignment dates were moved, a plea agreement was finally reached in the case of Christopher Hudgins Monday afternoon.
Defense Attorney, Tom Addair presented the two page plea agreement and stated the third count against Hudgins would be dismissed by the state.
Hudgins pled no contest to the attempted robbery charge and the residential burglary charge.
Chief Judge, Meryl Wilson accepted the plea and found Hudgins guilty.  Pre-sentencing is set to take place on July 6th at 2:30 p.m.
These crimes are connected to a home invasion case where Hudgins reportedly suffered a gunshot wound to the face.
