The Junction City Police Department is attempting to locate three juveniles, who may be involved with vehicle burglaries reported since Wednesday night. JCPD received a report the three juveniles had fled placement at New Directions on West 14th St at approximately 7:46 p.m. Wednesday.
They are identified as Caleb Bingham, 17,described as a  white male 5’9″ tall, weighing 168 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes;  Aaron Cellers, 16, a white male, 6’2″ tall, weighing 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes;  and  Gage Trager , 15, who is 5’11” , weighing 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Over the night time and early morning hours since Wednesday evening, the Junction City Police Department received approximately three reports of vehicle burglaries in the areas of Fair Street in Junction City which is several blocks from where the juveniles walked away from. But it is believed the three missing juveniles could be possibly connected to these burglaries.
The Junction City Police Department is urging the public to ensure they keep their vehicles locked and to not leave valuables in plain sight.
It is believed two of the juveniles have ties to the Johnson County and Olathe areas and they may be trying to flee the Junction City area in that direction. One juvenile may have ties to the Hutchinson area and may be trying to flee in that direction. The public is urged to call Crime Stoppers or Sgt. Cory Odell with any information about the whereabouts of these juveniles.
