As previously announced by KMAN, Anthony Brazzle, 22, of Manhattan was arrested Thursday evening on drug-related and other charges. Brazzle was taken into custody at approximately 6:40 PM while in the 1500 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard. Offenses include possession of opiates, opium, narcotic drugs or certain stimulants and a warrant for probation violation from Manhattan Municipal Court.
Brazzle’s total bond is $4,356. Riley County Police released information on Brazzle Thursday, including his photograph in order to assist the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office in locating him. A patrol officer with the Riley County Police Department located Brazzle while on routine patrol and hydrocodone pills were located as a result of his arrest.
Pottawatomie County Undersheriff Shane Jager indicated the bond amount was for Riley County charges only–a bond will be set later for Pottawatomie County’s case.

Police in Riley County arrested a 54-year-old Manhattan man on alleged incest-related charges. Scott Perry’s warrant is for the reported offenses of attempted aggravated incest and solicitation to commit incest. Perry was arrested late Thursday morning while in the 3000 block of Kimball Avenue. His bond was set at $5,000. The warrant stemmed from an incident in February of this year which involved an attempt to engage in otherwise lawful sexual intercourse.

A Leonardville teenager was taken into custody Thursday noon on a warrant for failure to appear. Cody Jones, 18, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department. The warrant had a bond of $5,000 and an original offense of interference with law enforcement.
