The U-S Army Corps of Engineers has issued 1,000 sandbags to the city of Manhattan while water levels continue to rise at Tuttle Creek Lake. Brian McNulty from USACE says there is no forecast that the sandbags will be used, but the city was wanting to plan and prepare.
