Also Monday, K-18 between Manhattan and K-99 junction (Mile Markers 197-198 in Riley County) was REDUCED TO ONE OPEN LANE for both directions due to high flood waters over part of the roadway, with KDOT maintenance crews flagging traffic through the area beginning about six p.m. The highway was re-opened at about 10:30 p.m.
