    Manhattan man arrested on 4 outstanding warrants

    A Manhattan man is behind bars for four outstanding warrants.
    Brian Keith Flanary, 36,  was arrested Friday in Junction City in the 800 block of South Washington Street.
    Flanary had one outstanding warrant for failing to appear at the Junction City Municipal court and one outstanding warrant for failing to appear at Geary County District Court.
    Flanary also had an outstanding warrant out of Saline County and Leavenworth.
