Within the last month, Jeanney Miles, 37, of Manhattan had items taken from an unsecured garage by unknown suspect(s). The total estimated property loss was $6,460.00 and items included a flat screen television, Xbox One game console, US currency, and miscellaneous clothing. RCPD is investigating this crime.

Melisha Russell, 24, of Kansas City, Kansas was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear with the original offense listed as conspiracy theft of property or services at approximately 6:30 PM on July 13th, while at the Riley County Police Department. Her bond is set at $7,500 and she remained confined at the time of this report.

Jeremy Richmond, 23, of Manhattan was arrested on several warrants for failure to appear (X5) as well as motion to revoke probation violations at approximately 10:05 PM on July 13th, while in the 800 block of Colorado Street. The original offenses on these warrants were listed as traffic offenses, contempt, and traffic contraband into a correctional facility (X2). His bonds total $20,804.00 and he was confined at the time of this report.
