A Manhattan man was arrested in the 1000 block of Yuma at approximately 4:20 a.m. on Saturday morning. Anthony Rex Shehan, 44, was arrested by officers with the Riley County Police Department for battery and aggravated battery with a weapon. His bond was set at $10,000.
