    Update 9:50: All power in Manhattan has been restored, according to a Westar Energy representative.


    Update 9:30 AM: A Westar Energy representative tells KMAN less than 20 people in Manhattan are without power. Westar expects all power to be restored by mid-morning. Power was was knocked out around 6 am for about 2,000 residents after a tree branch was knocked down by the storm at 15th and Colorado Street.
