    As earlier reported, officers with the Riley County Police Department arrested Timothy Flanagan, 29, of Ogden for the offenses of assault on a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana. Flanagan’s  bond was set at $5,000.
    Police made the arrest in the 700 block of North 12th Street after officers witnessed and attempted to stop a disturbance involving Flanagan in the Aggieville Business District. Officers discovered marijuana at the time of Flanagan’s arrest.

    A burglary and criminal damage to property case was reported to Riley County police Sunday at about 7:20 PM after Karen Michal, 30, of Manhattan found she had several items stolen. Police are investigating the theft of 3 video game consoles and several video games with a total estimated value of $2,600.
    Officers found evidence to believe an unknown suspect(s) entered Michal’s home by forcing open an entry door. This crime occurred in the 4400 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd.

    The Riley County Police Department filed a report for vehicle burglary and criminal damage to property in the 600 block of South Walnut Street in Ogden. The report was filed on Friday at approximately 2:00 PM stemming from an incident occurring Thursday night.Police say the victim, identified as Morgan Tuttle, 25, of Ogden found radio and audio equipment were removed from a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta which also sustained damage with heavy scratching and punctured tires. The total estimated loss is $2,500 and currently suspect(s) are unknown.

    Riley County Police are investigating a burglary with criminal damage to property in the 400 block of Ashwood Alley in Ogden. The crime occurred in the overnight hours Saturday and involved the theft of several electronics such as television, video game consoles, and video games with an estimated loss of $1,000.  Gabriel Burch, 22, of Ogden was listed at the victim of this crime and police are asking anyone with information on the theft or whereabouts of these items contact police.
