Grades K-12 reported an increase of 108 students compared to last year, bringing the first day’s attendance to a total of 6,118.
USD 383 Assistant Superintendent, Eric Reid says the school board is expecting changes to these numbers, as there are transfer students to process in the following weeks.
Official enrollment statistics will be released later on September 20th, and these current numbers do not include other services of USD 383, such as the Flint Hills Job Corps, virtual school and preschool.
