    Fremont Road Closure 9-15

The intersection of 11th and Fremont where construction recently started will be closed to thru traffic on Wednesday, Sept. 30. In order to safely remove pavement from the area, the contractor will close the intersection for less than 24 hours. Travelers are encouraged to detour to Juliette Avenue or 14th Street. The intersection should reopen before the start of business on Thursday, Oct. 1.

Lane restrictions will continue after this closure, and detours will remain in place for pedestrians and bicyclists. Motorists are urged to use caution in the area.
