    Riley County Police arrested Jillian Gegen, 23, of Manhattan on a warrant for failure to appear originating in Harvey County. Gegen was given “no bond” and was taken into custody Tuesday at approximately 6:30 PM in the 400 block of Poyntz Ave.

    The Riley County Police Department is investigating a theft between two persons who are known to each other. Officers filed a report for theft in the 6000 block of Tuttle Terrace in Manhattan Tuesday at about 7:40 PM listing a 15-year-old female and David Maldonado Jr., 40, of Manhattan as victims.
    Police are investigating claims that a suspect removed a flat panel television, precious moments figurines, a laptop, a bicycle, and several basketball cards totaling approximately $12,000 in loss. As this investigation is ongoing no further information has been released at the time of this report.
