    RCPD Report 9/26/15

    RCPD vehicles 6-15

    Officers with the Riley County Police Department arrested 22-year old Devin Field, of Manhattan for the offenses of cultivation of controlled substances, possession of methamphetamine precursors, possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, and the use of a communication facility to facilitate a drug transaction. He was given a bond of $15,000.00 after being arrested in the 800 block of Vattier Street at apporximately 1 a.m. Friday. At the time of this report he was confined at the Riley County Jail.

    24-year old Kristen Johnson, of Manhattan was arrested for the offenses of possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, and use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body. She was given a bond of $5,000.00 and at the time of this report was confined at the Riley County Jail. This arrest occurred in the 700 block of Oakbrook Place in Manhattan.
