    Siebold waives preliminary hearing

    Riley-County-Courthouse-300x199A Riley County man who was one of many arrested in a large drug bust on Aug. 13, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday morning in the Riley County District Courthouse.

    Kevin Siebold, 51, was arrested on the offenses of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    He was given a bond of $7,000 and is still confined in the Riley County Jail.

    Siebold will return to court on Sept. 29 at 10:30 a.m.
