Leonardville man arrested on drug charges appears in Riley County District Court

The Leonardville man held at the Riley County Jail on a $20,000 bond for drug related charges appeared in Riley County District Court Friday morning.

Tony Dugan, 35, was arrested on the offenses of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia on a felony level, criminal use of a weapon, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Dugan’s preliminary hearing was set for Friday, however was granted a continuance pending a decision on whether or not his case falls under state or federal jurisdiction.
His next appearance in court for his preliminary hearing is Tuesday, November 10th at 3:00 PM.

(August 14, 2015) Tony Dugan, 35, of 205 N. Arizona Street, Leonardville, Kansas was arrested on the offenses of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia (felony), criminal use of a weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor), and possession of marijuana. Dugan was given a bond of $20,000.00 and at the time of this release was also confined.
