    Police in Riley County arrested Jeremy Spaur, 31, of Manhattan on October 15, 2015 at approximately 3:40 PM for the offenses of motion to revoke probation and failure to appear listed on two warrants. Original offense for these warrants were noted as being operating a vehicle not equipped with an ignition interlock device and use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. Spaur was given a bond of $5,500.00 and at the time of this report he was no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.

    Riley County Police have filed a report for promoting obscenity to minors after receiving information on an incident that involved a 16-year-old male from out of state and a 15-year-old female from Manhattan. Officers found that inappropriate digital media was sent between the two.

    This media was also sent to others under the age of 18. Police continue to investigate and at the time of this report no further information was available.
